Thera-Business is pleased to announce that our CEO, Dr. Red Thaddeus D. Miguel, will be presenting at the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS) Global Regulatory Strategy Conference, taking place March 5–6, 2026, in Baltimore, Maryland.

Dr. Miguel will be presenting as part of a panel session on Friday, March 6, 2026, from 2:00–3:00 pm. The session, titled "Chasing an Easier Method for Specific PMPF: Can Surveys Play a Role?", will focus on the use of ad hoc research approaches, particularly structured surveys, to generate timely insights for post-market performance follow-up (PMPF) when traditional long-term studies are not feasible.

The panel will discuss key practical considerations for designing and executing survey-based research that can meet regulatory expectations, including issues related to representativeness, questionnaire design, data quality, and analytical rigor. The discussion will also touch on the appropriate use of synthetic data and methods for interpreting and integrating multiple data types to support regulatory decision-making.

Drawing on Thera-Business's applied research experience, Dr. Miguel will share perspectives on the responsible and effective use of these approaches in post-market contexts, alongside fellow regulatory and research professionals.
