Dr. Miguel has been with Thera-Business for over six years, previously serving as Vice-President and Chief Technology Officer. During his tenure, he has provided leadership and developed the strategic roadmap for numerous health research projects and data analyses. His dedication to creating customized solutions ensures that we meet the diverse needs of our clients with precision and innovation.

Dr. Miguel’s academic background underscores his extensive expertise. He has completed an MSc in Evidence-Based Health Care at the University of Oxford, earning a Distinction. He also holds a BSc in Health Sciences and dual degrees of MD and MBA from the Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health and the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. Most recently, Dr. Miguel completed the Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC) for drugs and the Regulatory Compliance Certification (RCC) for medical device regulation from the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society, highlighting his deep knowledge of regulatory standards for both pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

As a specialist in evidence-based practices and health research methodologies, Dr. Miguel has directed and overseen our health research initiatives, ensuring that each project is grounded in rigorous, data-driven approaches. His commitment to excellence reflects the hard work, talent, and innovative spirit that define Thera-Business.

Previous Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Isabella Steffensen, will remain with Thera-Business as President.
