Thera-Business Welcomes Dr. Maryam Kamarehei as Medical Writer/Researcher

Thera-Business is delighted to welcome Dr. Maryam Kamarehei to Thera-Business as our newest Medical Writer/Researcher.


A distinguished biochemist and accomplished medical writer, Dr. Kamarehei brings a unique combination of rigorous academic research experience and high-impact contributions in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.


She holds a BSc in Cellular and Molecular Biology from Bu-Ali Sina University and completed both her MSc and PhD in Biochemistry at the University of Tehran. Her doctoral research explored oxidative stress and neuroinflammation in a multiple sclerosis model, contributing to a deeper understanding of how cell signaling affects neurodegenerative disease mechanisms.


Beyond the lab, Dr. Kamarehei has spent over a decade translating complex science into meaningful outputs. She has authored dozens of peer-reviewed articles, comprehensive literature reviews, and competitive grant proposals, and has served as a peer reviewer for leading journals. In industry, Dr. Kamarehei has held senior research and development positions, driving the creation of innovative products such as hyaluronic acid-based injectable gels and dermal fillers. Her expertise also spans analytical method development, pilot study coordination, and preparation of Common Technical Documents for successful regulatory submissions.


At Thera-Business, Dr. Kamarehei will apply her scientific training, editorial precision, and strong understanding of regulatory frameworks to projects such as clinical summaries, systematic reviews, regulatory dossiers, and scientific manuscripts.
