Thera-Business is delighted to welcome Kathleen Morden to our team as a Health Research Analyst.

Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology from McGill University and a Master of Philosophy in Population Health Sciences (Epidemiology) from the University of Cambridge. Her graduate research explored biological markers associated with clozapine response in patients with schizophrenia, deepening her expertise in evidence appraisal, systematic reviews, and biostatistical analysis.

At Thera-Business, Kathleen will apply her training in epidemiological methods, data analysis, and evidence synthesis to support health research initiatives and regulatory projects. She will contribute to the design and statistical analysis of health datasets, development of data management plans, and preparation of analytical reports for regulatory submission.

With experience spanning real-world evidence, systematic reviews, and genetic epidemiology, Kathleen brings a comprehensive understanding of data-driven health research and a passion for advancing evidence-based healthcare solutions.
